Elizabeth Street resident Bill Faulkner and his dog "Tico" expressed their
displeasure with the current regime in Washington by hoisting up his new
Canadian flag a few days before President Bush's State of the Union address in
February. A self-confessed "Deaniac," Faulkner says he ordered a Costa Rican flag
at the same time as the maple-leaf one. "They don’t have an army!" he laughed.
