Fitness and Fun at Upper Noe Rec Center

Upper Noe Recreation Center continues its array of fall classes, ranging from adult boot camp to fairy tale frolics. For details, go to www.sfreconline.org, call 415-970-8061, or drop by the center at 295 Day St. near Sanchez. Note that signups for winter classes start in mid-December. The rec center’s hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Joby’s Dog Run, at the Church Street end of the park, is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
